OUR SERVICES EXPLAINED

1. REMOTE CHECK-UP

Firstly, we will conduct a remote checkup to determine the current status of the equipment. If the equipment needs to be looked at by an engineer we will book a thorough safety inspection of your TV.

2. SAFETY INSPECTION

If needed engineer will perform a thorough safety inspection of your appliances and fix any faults. This includes inspection and testing of key components, checks for signs of wear and tear and the repair
of minor problems found during the service (dependent on severity and work required). The engineer will also offer help and guidance for any features or setup queries. 

3. 1 YEAR MAINTENANCE

If equipment is deemed to be in full working order then we will offer any servicing, maintenance and repairs
necessary for 12 months after the remote checkup was performed. Your service will apply to the equipment that you told us you have when you first arranged the service, or when we first contacted you about our services.

PRICING

The price quoted is the price you'll pay. Once our engineer has visited your property to assess problem, your price is fixed, with no hidden extras.
